Autumn twilight has obviously started seeping in; this week I present three half gothic gems for you.

Grouper is in spite of the name the lone endeavour of Liz Harris from Portland. If you love this and is in the vicinity of Oslo at the end of the month you can actually catch her live, in Wigelands Mausoleum october 25. october. Wish we were there!

Grouper - Disengaged

Mr Gnome

Mr Gnome

With a tour schedule as long as a rainy sunday it’s obvious that the Ohio-duo Mr Gnome is getting a move-on. It sounds gothic and a bit scary, and reminds me of how good Garbage was back when.

Mr Gnome - Slow Side

Taken By Trees a.k.a Victoria Bergsman

A little less scary is Victoria Bergman a.k.a. Taken By Trees. Her solo project sounds a lot fresher than The Concrete ever did, if you ask me. And you do, don’t you? Enjoy!
